Just finished a 3,000 cord timber sale that was cut over 25 years ago. The residual stand was to scattered and low density, nobody wanted to take on the project. I was able to set it up and advertise it in such a way and at a time that made it desirable for the logger. Three way win, Landowner, Forester and Logger!!
