  Yes and No. We recently introduced an upgrade to the way you draw boundaries on your map. You can refine the coordinates of an existing point with actual lat/lon coordinates, but you cannot create a new boundary with just a list of points. In order to refine a point, you right click on that point and enter the changes in to the dialog box. The change from old point to new coordinates cannnot exceed 1/2 mile in distance or it will be rejected. The idea here was to allow a user to refine a point with coordinates if drawing them was not entirely accurate. Also note that this only works for mapping of boundaries at the moment. Depending on how well the feature is received, we may add it to the mapping of features as well. Please feel free to send any questions you may have to brian@djcase.com. Thanks.
