That depends on what exactly you mean by "unsubscribe." The site sends out a periodic email if you have not logged in for 30 days. You can unsubscribe from these with the links at the bottom of the email itself, or you can login to your account and visit the page http://mylandplan.org/user, and you should see a "My Notifications" link at the top in a black bar. If you click on this, it will take you to a page where you can change the state of your subscribe status for the 30 day notifications. I do believe that there are also other emails that are delivered to Woodland Owners from another source. Those subscriptions are not managed directly through the site, so I do not have the steps for unsubscribing to those. If you wish to have more information about those emails, or if you wish to have your account removed completely, please reach out to Caroline at Ckuebler@forestfoundation.org and she should be able to help you.
