I believe the problem here is that your address is a post office box. This is something that Google will not geocode since it technically is not a street address. Therefore, when trying to figure out your proximity to a specific location, we get nothing back and have no way to know how close you might be. You could try including some type of street address instead to see if that will work. Unfortunately, I don't have any control over how Google handles the geocoding of a PO Box (or lack thereof).
