IS there a way on my land plan to enter latitude and longitude and have it marked on your map?
Hi Thomas,
I'm not exactly sure if this is what you are asking for, but let me explain what is possible with latitude and longitude and directly entering them. On both the boundaries and features maps, you can alter the location of a single point by manually entering latitude and longitude points. You cannot create boundaries or features in this fashion, you can only edit existing ones. To do so, once you have created a boundary or feature, you right click on the point you wish to edit. Only a vertex point is editable. These will the the solid white boxes that show up on lines and shapes. When you right click, a popup box will be displayed with the existing latitude and longitude values. You may only refine the coordinates within an approximate 1/2 mile distance. If you try to move the point too far from the previous location, it will warn you with an error message. This is a relatively new feature and was recently added to the tutorial videos located on the dashboard, so you might revist them if you wish to see it demonstrated. I hope this helps.
