Hi Tamara,

I am glad that you were able to get your map drawn in IE.  I was unable to replicate the problems you are having. I tired the latest versions of firefox and Chrome on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 and they all worked fine. If you can tell me more about the version of Chrome and the version of Windows you were using, I can explore some more and see what the problem may be. If you don't know how to find the versions, you can do a google search to find out how to locate that information. Thanks!

I was able to use the map once I used IE vs. Google Chrome browser
