When I try to log in from my laptop I get a message that says. "You are not authorized to access this page." What am I doing wrong? I am using my correct username and password. Thanks.
Thanks for the answer Caroline. Hope this helps. I am able to log in from my desktop, but not from my laptop. It is a PC using IE11. I am trying to log in from mylandplan.org/user from the top right of the page. I am getting the "Not authorized" message immediately. I am sure I have done something wrong. Everything was ok a couple of days ago. I changed my IE settings to try to get rid of pop up ad problem that has recently invaded my both my laptop and my desktop. I tried to reverse most of the changes in the settings, so now I am still getting the unwanted ads, but now can't get into my land plan. Thanks for your help. I think it's time to get my local computer techie to fix it.
Mr. Pickle -
We're not quite sure why you are encountering the "not authorized" page. We are able to masquerade as you, and everything seems to be functioning well.
To help troubleshoot, please tell us a little more . . .
Are you able to log in successfully on another system? Is it only when using your laptop that you encounter problems? If so, what platform (Mac/PC) and browser (Firefox, IE8, etc.) are you using?
Are you attempting to log in via this URL - http://mylandplan.org/user, which you access from the "Log in" link on the top right of the page or under "My Plan"? Or another location?
When you attempt to log in, are you getting the "not authorized" message immediately? Or when you try to access another page?
Feel free to respond here on this Feedback page, or by emailing info@mylandplan.org.
Thanks for your help.
