Thanks for your question. I would recommend talking with your local state forestry agency representative to see if they can help you address some of the issues around the dead trees and invasive species. They can help assess the property and let you know about programs that might be available to help. There are several different types of foresters that you could work with and you might also consider talking with a consulting forester as well.
