I have 10.37 acres of vacant zoned Forest 1 in Grand View, WI. I bought in 1995 and planned to have camp for family, friends, or inner city kids summer camp. But the land is very wet (low lands). Said to be perked and buildable.

I want to try to make it a nice nature camp for family, friends, etc. Many wild animals in area including bears, deers. Tick are a pain and concern if I have young kids up there camping. I think long time ago someone cleared and tried to farm plot. I love outdoors and have little funds to improve. But I want to know if I can make it a good place to camp without harming the wildlife. Can you point me in the right direction?
