I am looking to purchase a Tractor to maintain my Forest of 120 Acres in New Jersey. I recently was approved by the NJ Forest Stewardship Plan and was wondering if I am permitted to submit a ST-7 Sales Tax Exempt form in New Jersey when purchasing my tractor. Thanks.
