Thanks for your question!  I will use this as an opportunity to promote a new feature that we have just added to our site.  When you visit your "My Land Plan" you will see, to the right of the thumbnail of the map, a section called "History of (insert name of your land)."  Click on the "+ Add History" link to fill in the story of your land.  In this section you can upload important documents related to your land, including your management plan as a word doc.  We hope this section will help you archive all your important documents (including photos!) about your land.
