Biomass

My land has several 100 trees that were cut down, branches removed and pulled. The cutting was with in the last year.. Spring of 2015 I be better. Before we purchased. Yes we have all the timber rights

Is there any biomass value to this timber?

Thanks for your question.  I would recommend having a forester walk your land with you and evaluate the timber for their biomass value.  The forester would know of local biomass buyers and can provide you guidance on this topic.  If you don't have a forester, we have information on choosing, finding and hiring a forester.  And you can use the MyLandPlan.org Forester Directory to find foresters near you.
