Your Pesticide Resource Guide

MyLandPlan can connect you to local professionals who will help you determine what is right for your land.

Know your antitranspirants from your defoliants, or your translocated herbicides from your residual ones?  The world of pesticides can be a complicated place. There are many products available, and many different ways to use them all.

This guide will connect you to state and federal regulations, lists of registered pesticides, certification and licensing information, and a vast network of experts willing to teach you more.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) – Office of Pesticides

Regulates the use of pesticides in the U.S. under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and related laws. This site provides information on a range of agriculture and pesticide related topics.

EPA-Pesticide Product Labeling System

Provides a searchable database of pesticides that have been approved by the EPA—basically, any label you need, whenever you need it. Pesticides can be searched for by product name, company name or EPA registration number. Label information is downloadable as a PDF file.

National Pesticide Information Center

Offers local and state-by-state pesticide information. Under “My Local Resources”, type in your zip code or use the clickable map to find phone numbers, addresses, and Web sites for the primary pesticide regulatory agency and other pesticide-related contacts in your area.
